My artwork is formulated from the use of colour, volume, light and space within an architectural context, creating structures and hybrids of structures through dispersal, fusion, collisions and juxtapositions to extend the possibilities of the visual dynamics to create vast, endless areas of spaces and forms.

My paintings represent metaphorical interpretations of the world I see around me, from an interest in the use of technology today, especially in the visual world, such as in architecture, creative media such as music , graphics and animation, cinema, computer games, to technological systems such as the internet, and many other forms all inter-mapping to create further more complex systems which continue to inhabit us and evolve our senses.

My influences include Contemporary Architecture and Theory, Computer graphics and animation, Graphic Design, Graffitti, photography, contemporary electronic music, to such artists as Francis Bacon, Alfred Mannessier, Mark Rothko, Bridget Riley, Andre Kertesz, Anish Kapoor, Keith Vaughan, James Turrell, the Russian Constructivists, Italian Futurists and Deconstructivists.
